1. Can I make a payment with credit and debit card?

Yes, when you initiate the check out process you'll have the option to pay with a debit or credit card by using a PayPal account.

2. Cancellation or change of orders

Prior to confirming your order, please carefully review the total amount and content(s) in your cart. Because, once an order is submitted, you cannot cancel or change your order after shipping the order. Generally, the order is issued by 4:00pm. In case order is issued after 4:00pm, It will be shipped out on the following day. The order will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. 

If you need to cancel or change your order, please submit your request via EMAIL (support@bygelatofactory.com) by 4:00pm on the day you ordered.(In case order is issued after 4:00pm, please submit your request via EMAIL us by 4:00pm on the following day)

We only accept the requests within this time frame, and only the requests submitted via EMAIL will be regarded valid. 

In case of changing of your order, you might need to cancel and re-submit the order depending on the case.

 

[Shipping]

1.When will my order be shipped?

Generally, the order is issued by 4:00pm. After 4:00 pm, the order is issued for the next day. We can not ship on Saturday, Sundays and other public holidays for Korea. The orders after 16:00 on Tuesday will be shipped out on the following Wednesday.


2. How long does it take to get the ordered items?

Generally, shipping begins in 1-2 days after an order is placed. Since our product is sent from Korean, shipment will take 5 to 10 business days from the shipment date. The transit time above is ONLY a reference for you to estimate the delivery date. We do not guarantee to deliver your order on or before a certain date, nor can we issue a refund due to a delay with the shipment. Also, these transit times do not include Customs clearance processing times, and the updates for the parcels’ status can take time after departure from Korea because of the processing time at Customs of the destination country.

Please understand that it is customer’s responsibility to check the shipping status on the tracking page and to contact the local courier directly in case there are any issues for receiving the items in your country, after the parcel departed from Korea. Gelato Factory does not take any responsibility for the delivery failure due to miscommunication.

3. How much does the shipping cost?

It will be calculated based on the shipping address and weights during the order process. It generally costs SGD $6.5 for one product. Over $50 purchase, we will provide free delivery service.

4. How can I track the order and check the delivery status?

We will send you an e-mail confirming that the shipment has started after the product is shipped. The e-mail will include a tracking number. You can check the status of delivery using the given tracking number on the website of the delivery carrier below. Please understand that it is customer’s responsibility to check the shipping status on the tracking page and to contact the local courier directly in case there are any issues for receiving the items in your country, after the parcel departed from Korea. you can refer to the information below.
In case the recipient does not contact with the TCK and the parcel is returned,  the parcel will not be re-shipped. Once the returned courier arrives in Korea, you will be given a refund of the amount, excluding the round-trip shipping cost($10).

Due to the nature of international shipping, a return or an exchange by change of mind is not accepted. In case of defective, wrong or missing items, please report within 3 days after you receive your package via EMAIL (support@bygelatofactory.com) to make it a valid request.

 5. My parcel was returned

If the package gets sent back to us due to inaccurate information or by customer’s fault, you will receive a refund for your order excluding the round shipping($10)

6.I wrote the shipping information incorrectly. Can I change?

To change or correct your shipping info (shipping address, phone number and etc), please submit your request to our EMAIL before shipping the order. 

(Please submit your request via EMAIL (support@bygelatofactory.com) by 4:00pm on the day you ordered.(In case order is issued after 4:00pm, please submit your request via EMAIL us by 4:00pm on the following day)

Please understand that we cannot guarantee successful delivery to the new address if the request is submitted after this time frame

 7. Parcels lost during transit

We resend the package.
